Parties.

In the FS there are 3 parties, the Federalist Party, UNADA and the Social Democratic Party. UNADA is a party formed on regional right-wing parties, like Dietsspraak (English: Dutchspeek). UNADA is the abbreviation of United National Anlo-Dutch Alliance, in Dutch ENADA stands for Eengemaakte Nationale Angel-Dietse Alliantie.

Federalism.

The FS is a federation like the official name tells. The FS federalism is symmetric and jurisdictional. This means every region has the same competencies and every governing level has its own executive power.

In one case the federalism is not symmetric, but asymmetric. This is for foreign Affairs, only the Realm of Eldria has not her own nation recruitment.

Federal jurisdiction:

  • Internal Affairs: federal organisation, members activity, federal elections.
  • Foreign Affairs: region recruitment, diplomatic treaties, NS Wiki, diplomacy, immigration, integration.
  • Defence: regions defence, spying, militarian treaties.
  • Justition: Suppreme Court, federal crimes.

Regional jurisdiction:

  • Economy: trade, industry, fishing, agriculture, exploitation, economic treaties.
  • Justition: prisons, court organisation, punishment, police.
  • Culture: sport, holidays, language recognition, cultural festivals, religion.
  • Education: school system, study grants.
  • Environment: forests, nature parcs, polution.
  • Finances: currency, taxes, toll.
  • Living.
  • Spacial Order.
  • Science.
  • Traffic: roads, railroads, motorways.
  • Transport: airports, seaports, public transport.
  • Society: integration, social state.
  • Media: television, radio, newspaper, internet.
  • Energy: electricity, oil, gas.
  • Public Health: social security, hospitals.
  • Tourism.
  • Internal Affairs: regional organisation.
  • Foreign Affairs: nation recruitment.
  • Defence: militia.

The legislative power.

The FS use a bicameral system, consisting of the House of Commons and the Senate. These assemblees are led by the House Speaker. The House Speaker's term is 8 weeks. House Speakers of the FS:

  • The Nike Swoosh (1st term)
  • The Nike Swoosh (2nd term)
  • United Human Countries (1st term) (UNADA)
  • Daggerfall (1st term) (SDP)

The House Speaker opens at the start of his term a threat where proposals need to be posted, then the HS moves them to the House of Commons and when passed here to the Senate. The Senate consists of two people of each region and all other people have a seat in the House of Commons.

The executive power.

The head of state and the government leader are the same person, the chancellor. Every 8 weeks there are chancellor elections, beginning from Pajottenland this will be 12 weeks. Chancellors of FS:
