PopularFreedom Municipal Expressways

Numerous cities in the nation of PopularFreedom, including the capital of Locke Harbour (located within Locke Harbour City State), maintain expressways at the municipal government level. Most of them were built by the cities in which they were located in the 1960s to complement the PopularFreedom Highway System, others were national highways that were downloaded to the cities once they were completed.
