Port Blanche
Port Blanche is the second largest harbour in The Freethinkers, second only to Navarre in terms of traffic and is in fact linked to the capital by the awe-inspiring Grand Shipping Canal that connects the Northern Coast and the Middle Sea, which leads out onto the Southern coast. Founded by French emigrees, the city has become an important commercial and military base for The Freethinkers.

Economy
Being a large port, and the lower entrance for the Grand Shipping Canal, Ship Maintenance and Shipping and Handling are important revenue earners. The massive Port Blanche Naval Base nearby in the protected Port Blanche Basin and the Kettering Shipyard Company also pump in considerable sums of money into the town. Commercial fishing is also a big revenue earner, and The Freethinkers' limited oil-extraction industry is also almost entirely based here. Unfortunately, heavy pollution has limited tourism somewhat, and there is little oppurtunity for mineral extraction and farming in the area.
