Another very important city of the Hanseatic League of Guffingford. Founded in 1710 by German fishers and traders to bypass Zalmebaai as trading hub of continental Guffingford, Port Kramer prospered but always remained Zalmebaai's little brother. Located on the northern shores of Decision Bay, Port Kramer has a very peaceful history in Guffingfordian history. Never besieged, never disputed and never attacked. The city's might laid in the fact the city was the main base of the German Colonial Fleet, and is still the de facto capital of the Northern Isle.
