Port Arthur was founded by Willink in the old saharistani port of Jamahariya, and began immedietly growing following the discovery of Oil in the area, and blew up in 35 years to its current population of 875,000. The City is in an strategic and important area on the south-western coast of Saharistan, which is ideal for trade and defense. This, along with Forward planning on how the city was envisioned have helped to maintain a steady growth in the economy which is set to increase for many years. It is the Richest City in any Willink territory, and the richest in Sahristan. The government of Saharistani Willink territory(Assisted heavily by willink helpers) has built an infrastructure of modern facilities around which have developed many industrial and trading enterprises, leaving Port Arthur in a healthy and positive position today.

Port Arthur is connected by means of the Massive highway which travels out of the city, and which combines with the massive multi-nation autobahn 20km north. The cities streets are wide and clean, with a strong interstate-like system in the city modeled after the one in [[Lebanon]]. The oceanfront has a long line of top of the line hotels and condominiums built upon a large road line with palmtrees, with several large buisness's based in the city, mainly the headquaters of Telecentics inc, the massive elecronics company which moved its world headquaters here 2 years ago.
