The City of Porterdam was established when it was apart of Colonial-Era Segasaturn in 1908 to allow France to coordinate shipping throughout south-eastern [[Segasaturn]]. After Segasaturn won its Independence in 1978, the

But after [[New Ronin]] recieved its independence in early 2004, neighboring Porterdam City and suburban area next to it became displeased with Segasaturn.  As a result,  Porterdam seceded from the Anarchist Communes of Segasaturn on August, 28, 2004 as the Republic of Porterdam.
