Premier

The term premier is a title sometimes used to refer to a head of government, either as an official title in its own right or as a term referring to any head of government and interchangeable with more official titles. One of the most notable nation's which officially styles its head of government a premier is Pantocratorian Ambara.

In the Confederated Peoples, the term is used to designate the heads of government of some, although not all, of the Confederal Members. This is most common among the Sahori States, all of which have premiers as their heads of government. In that country, the term premier is also used in ordinary speech to refer to any Member head of government who is not also a head of state or sometimes to refer to any Member head of government at all.

A second in command to a premier is sometimes designated a vice-premier.
