The Prime Minister of Isselmere-Nieland is the head of government of the United Kingdom of Isselmere-Nieland. The official title of the Prime Minister as established by the Constitution Act of 1986 is Prime Minister of Isselmere-Nieland and President of the Council of Ministers. In the event the prime minister assumes the functions of the President of the Council of State, the latter title replaces that of President of the Council of Ministers. The prime minister commonly assumes the title of First Lord of the Treasury (i.e., President of the Treasury Board) after His Majesty's Treasury was placed in commission in the seventeenth-century. Geoffrey Middleton (Conservative, Royal Arcade-Daurmont) is the present prime minister.

Official residence

Semling House, located at 12-14 Finbury Lane, Tarnbrook, Daurmont, is the prime minister's official residence. The edifice houses the Cabinet Office as well and usually serves as the meeting place for His Majesty's Board of Treasury.
