THE PROCLAMATION OF THE MILESIAN TECHNATE
TO THE PEOPLE OF MILESIA
We hereby declare the right of the people of Milesia to the communal ownership of her means of production to be both indefeasible and inseparable from the collective prosperity and equality of all her children. The long usurpation of that right by the private ownership of the means of production has not extinguished the right, nor can it ever be extinguished except by our destruction. In every generation some have attempted to assert our right to collective equality, through political and often violent means. Standing on the fundamental right of all Milesia’s children to not only life and liberty, but also to economic security and equality, and again asserting it in the face of the world, we hereby proclaim the Milesian Technate as a compassionate and social State, and we pledge all our efforts to the cause of its welfare, and the exaltation of the ideals of equality, liberty and humanity on which it was founded.

Milesia is entitled to, and hereby claims, the allegiance of every Milesian in providing for the common good. The Technate guarantees religious and civil liberty, equal rights and equal opportunities to all its citizens, and declares its resolve to pursue the happiness and prosperity of the whole nation and humanity, cherishing all of the children of the nation and world equally and oblivious to the ideological differences which in the past have divided a minority from the majority.

We, the undersigned, pledge to honour all our commitments in this Proclamation in the name of all Milesians, be they Drenai or Ventrian.
