Purple is a brand of Purple WiFiber Inc., the main telecom company and Internet Service Provider in LAE. It's the result of the merger between Purple Telecom Inc. and WiFiber Inc. which took place in September 2005

Internet Services
- Purple FTTH: full-duplex 200Mb/s Fiber To The Home connexion, available in all cities of more than 1 000 inhabitants in Love and esterel
- Purple Wifi: 100 cities (including Esterel City, Vagator and Anjuna) covered by a 100 Mb/s 802.11g Wifi network, 100 other cities will be covered this year
The Purple Wifi Network include the EMT Wifi Network which cover 99% of the EMT (Esterel Mass Transportation), following an agreement with Vagatorpost.lae Inc. for the E-Page™ service.
- Purple Wimax: 10 Mb/s (1Mb/s for upload) Wimax connexion, available in all cities of more than 1 000 inhabitants, and outside on a single demand
Purple Wifi and Purple Wimax Networks are free for any subscribers of Purple
State of the Art Internet services
- Purple Gigabit: Full-duplex 2 gigabit FTTH: this new technologies developped by Purple is deployed in the giant project The Palm(TM) Esterel, to be completed in 2007
- Purple Sonet: OC-768 fiber optic network line with 40 Gbit/s SONET bandwith, is offered by Purple to some Private and University research center and to H3 Domes(TM)
IP Phone services
- Purple Phone: free illimited IP Telephony service to any subscribers of its Purple FTTH, Purple wifi or Purplewimax, over these networks
There are no regular fixed phone nor regular cells phone in LAE
TV and HDTV services
- Purple TV: more than 200 hundreds TV Channels available over Purple networks, half of them free.
Most TV channels are available in 1024p HD (1920*1024) over FTTH and Wifi networks
Some channels are available in Quad Full HD: (3840x2160) for Purple Gigabit
