The QCFA (Qazox College Football Association) was founded in 1902 with 32 colleges separated into 4 conferences of 8 teams each. The QCFA sponsors both Men's and Women's college level football programs. The top team with the best record from each conference advanced to the Championship Tourney.

Starting in 1906, teams played a home and away series against any 2 teams from any of the other 3 confrences, and in 1912, a mandatory 4 game non-conference schedule was added.

The 4-team tourneys were single elimination. In the tournement, all matches were 90 minutes in regulation. If the teams were tied, then two 15-minute golden goal overtime periods were played, and if they still were tied, a penalty kick shoot decided the winner. All tournement matches were played at Estadia Pika in Pika City.
