History

Little is known about the history of the region until the arrival of the first non-Africans, although humans are known to have lived in the area since at least the first millennium BC. When Arabs and Europeans arrived in the 19th century, they encountered a number of kingdoms in the area, supposedly founded in the 16th century. The largest and most important of these kingdoms was the still-existing Buganda.

The area was placed under the charter of the British East Africa Company in 1888, and became a protectorate under the United Kingdom in 1894. Uganda was granted independence in 1962.

A 1971 coup saw Idi Amin take power, ruling as a dictator for the coming decade. His rule cost an estimated 300,000 Ugandans' lives. His reign was ended by a Tanzanian invasion in 1979. The situation improved little with the coming of Milton Obote, who was deposed in 1985, although rebels continued to fight long afterwards. Current president Yoweri Museveni has been in power since 1986.

In 2005 a european man, calling himself "Félix Alioune M'Bâ Assasun" took control over Uganda in a bloody coup, changed the language from English to French and renamed it "République Populaire Communiste Africaine". Since he came into power, Idi Amin Dada is being adored as national hero. Félix Assasun also established Communism in the State, but Experts mean, this is just a pretence to receive subsidies from China and Korea, PDR.

Capital: Sainte Onorée, 4 million Inhabitants

Other important cities:

• Cité Bordelaire, 3.5 million Inhabitants, nearly 99% of them are Prostitutes. Because of this city, Thailand as "Cheap-Sex-Paradise" had to give this title to the RPCA.
• Ville Militaire, 0 Inhabitants, but a large barrack with nearly 9 million based professional soldiers.
• Ville du Mai 26, 2 million Inhabitants, capital of RPCA's Beer-brewery capital.
• Saint Gorgon, 1.5 million Inhabitants
• M'banza, 800,000 inhabitans

The rest of the population is living outside the cities.

Politics

The RPCA is reigned by Félix Alioune M'Bâ Assasun as Leader of state's institutions. Félix Alioune M'Bâ Assasun is member of the "Partie communiste Africaine de la RCPA" which is the onliest party in the state.

The following institutions are mandated by the state:

• EPS (Escadrille pour la Sécurité), which shall avoid turbulences in the state.
• TRF (Troupes de la frontière), which guards the state's borders and avoids citizens to leave the contry.
• POP (Police d'ours en peluche), civilian Police which's employees are disguised as teddy bear to keep their identity secret and to affright children on the street.
• LGJ (Les Garçons jeunes), the youth organisation. Every child between 6 and 14 years has to join it. Their moto: "Nicotine, Caffeine and Gymnastics for a healthy life. In fact, every 8th child is dying while doing service for the LGJ.

Human rights in the RPCA

It is well known, that offenders are badly treated. The most common punishments are:

• Being inhabitant of the nudist's zoo. Offenders have to stunt naked in front of audience.
• Working in the Vodka Distillery
• For women: Forced Labour as Prostitute, the so called "Prostituées Populaires"

For the other citizens it is for instance forbidden to leave the house after 8 PM (except permitted), to leave the country or to use the toilet more than 2 times per day. This is, because the sewage treatment plants tend to collapse. Also the regular defecation two times per day needs to be permitted by the authorities in order to have the best control over the usage of water.

Tourism

There is only a local tourism in the RPCA, the "Pic du Grand Conducteur de la RPCA" is a favoured object of excursions. Another form of tourism is Sex-Tourism, mainly European Men and Skittles Players like the cheap whorehouses in Cité Bordelaire in the north of the country.

International Relations

The RCPA currently has relations to other communistic states such as China and North Korea. The RCPA is accused to own nuclear weapons, however this is not proved.
