The RKKA is built upon the initial alliances which several regions had to Land of the Red Army. The RKKA is the largest socialist alliance to have a directly democratic government, based upon an open Parliament that all members can take part in. Despite this, there are large internal divisions and some regions, e.g. Peoples Revolutionary Party have their own governments that often act separately or sometimes against official RKKA policy. There is a small official RKKA army, but several other armies working for RKKA regions that are completely separate from this. These internal divisions are a source of both strength and weakness from the RKKA The RKKA's main forum is at: http://s3.invisionfree.com/RKKA/ A misheld belief is that the RKKA partakes in invasions of other regions. It should be noted that this is based upon the actions of member regions acting independently (see Peoples Revolutionary Party below). In the not too unforseeable future, the RKKA may ally with the RLA; however, during the past it has been largely indepedendant of larger defender or invader alliances and has at vary points worked with both the Union of Sovereigns and defenders. It has been a heavy critic of both defenders and invaders in the past, especially the DEN, with whom it is at war and the ADN. The RKKA are key players in the infamous Dobbyniania AKA State Green Parties Trial In Mid 2005 the RKKA went into its final phase of decline, and on November 28th 2005, longtime RKKA member Comrade Shane declared the RKKA to be offically dead.
