Rachel Terra Mahone (Born July 15th, 1984) is the older sister of the current Tocrowkian Steward, Seth Mahone and Valeria Mahone. She is also a pilot in the Tocrowkian Imperial Airforce, where she holds the rank of Captain. However, due to her brothers position, she is considered a priority target for enemy nations, so she has been relieved of her position indefinitly after her brother assumed the throne.
