King Raphael I is the son of King Uriel III. Young and Idealistic, Raphael strives to turn his backwards nation into one more compatible with the world at large.
Although serious reforms have yet to take place, Raphael has begun exploring the possibilities of creating a constitutional monarchy, rather than the current absolutist rule.
