The RCPK consists of many self-styled "moderate" conservatives who broke away from the original conservative party. It is currently the biggest party in Knootoss and in coalition with the SLP. It has 69 seats in a parliament of 200 seats and is headed by the charismatic Knootian Prime Minister Galadriël Táralóm nos Círdan. The elf appears to be leading the conservatives to a more radically pro-market course.
