Regional password

Regional Passwords are the primary method of insuring regional security against invaders trying to take over the UN delegacy and through it, the region itself.

Regional passwords may be brief, well-known, and easy to guess (to keep out the completely uninformed riff-raff) or may involve long strings of purely random characters (to keep out everybody except when the password is briefly changed to something comprehensible to admit members.)

Founders and delegates may decide whether or not to show the password to the regions residents. This costs less Regional Influence to put on a password which is show to the residents.
