The reparation class Aircruiser was first designed when Cordon Hedikai wanted a new way for the world to fear the awesome power of Tomania. He looked at a battleship and then saw the Heavens open up. And knew then, the sky. He commissioned Tomanian engineer Abryan Disith to design his mastermind. Within three years he developed the Claudia Unit, a source of energy that would allow a ship of such magnitude to fly in the sky. However, Tomania could not create a metal light enough, to be both efficient and economical. He enlisted the minds of his allies. Who were already designing an alloy for it.
