repeal a UN resolution from the past
Any UN Resolution that has passed throughout the history of NationStates, can be repeald.
To do so, klick the link "UN resolutions throughout history" on the UN page. In the list of passed resolutions that appears, every resolution has a link "Repeal this Resolution". Klick the link below the resolution you want to repeal.
This is basicly submitting a proposal to repeal a resolution from the past. you need 2 endorsements to submit a repeal-proposal, and the repeal-proposal needs enough support from delegates to become a resolution. (see also: proposal, resolution, United Nations)
