The Stormkorp are the Elite of the Rethast Armies, given even better equipment than the normal infantry, and twice as much training. Stormkorp are taken from either Rethast babies who show exceptional health and strength. Or, if they come from a batch form a Brithing Center, they are taken from those who show the most promise during the first few weeks of psycho-conditioning.
Equipment
The squads wield heavier weaponry than the others, with the RAR-048 being replaced by a PMG-016. The heavy weapon Stormkorp wield either an IAU-05 Infantry Artillery Unit, HMG-025 Heavy Machinegun, SNP-041 Sniper Rifle or ATR-029 Anti-tank Rocket.

Organisation
The Stormkorp are organised differently to the main army. Instead of being organised into armies, they are made up of Detachments. There numbers a total of 20 Detachments, each with 50,000 Stormkorp. Detachments are either sent on attacks on their own, or as part of an army. Stormkorp detachments are also responsible for helping the Police Forces maintain order in the Hive Cities of Rethan
Stormkorp sqauds number ten Stormtroopers, led by a Majorkindral. Within each squad there is always one Heavy weapons soldier, although occassionaly sqauds of pure heavy weapons are formed to provide support.
Training
Stormkorp are selected from those Rethast in the Birthing Centers which are exceptionally healthy. Only the top 10,000 per Generation are selected. Also, Rethast born naturally (i.e. of two Rethast parents rather than in a Birthing Center) are selected upon recommendation from the hospital where they are born. The Rethast selected immediately undergo psycho-conditioning much like the normal infantry. However, these Rethast are then furtherly mutated to be stronger than regular Rethast. Whereas regular Rethast infantry psycho-conditioning takes 3 years, a Stormtrooper's takes 6, and normal Infantry recieve another 5 years of training, Stormtroopers recieve another 10.
