Revolution En Serie
Revolution En Serie is a political principle which allows the top men of Metropolis to remain on top in the Alternate History of Cybergoddess. Revolution en Serie consists of permanently maintaining a resistance organization, which actually lives in a perpetual war symbiosis with the government. If public anger grows beyond control, the underground organization "overthrows" the current government, just with the same members of Metropolis' faceless government to end up on top again.
Revolucion En Serie is also a minor political concept in Eastasia - the nation Alohana in South America is subject of constant revolutions, perpetually shifting the seat of power from marxist rebels supported by the Soviet Union to right-wing militias led by a military junta and sponsored by Imperial Germany.
