This article refers to the second largest city in Niploma

Rhorn (pronounced akin to torn or worn) (in Old Gaelic Niplomian - land of the elder) is the second largest city in Niploma. It is more traditional than Failegn and is a site of cultural heritage aswell as modern business interest. An inhabitant of Rhorn is known as a Rhornian.

History

Rhorn was, like Failegn, a nationstate until 1136 when the Feudal Republic of Bhumerick and Niploma was created. During the civil war Rhorn was heavily against the Niplomian Communist Army and was a tainted royalist town. However, once the NCA had moved on Rhorn regrouped under the Socialist Resistance's more liberal leaning groups. After the civil war ended Rhorn became wholly peaceful and began the rebuilding process.
