Ricardo Gomez

When a statement from the Lord-Protector or Council needs to be read to the press and country at large, the duty falls to Ricardo Gomez. A prominent and skillful orator, Ricardo was added to by Tiberius Starblayde to his Council, some say at the suggestion of Ricardo's brother.

Ricardo is the younger half-brother of Armando Gomez, though shares few of his brother's more impressive physical traits.
