Robert Pactiania was born in the Republic of Peru and brought up during an oppressive area. He quickly excelled through schooling, however, and became active in politics during his late high-school years. He eventually was recruited into the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Peru that would come to overthrow the corrupt military junta that ruled Peru. He lead the group that wish for Peru to be annexed into the U.S.S.R. and eventually received higher learning and became active in Soviet politics. After the Soviet Reformation, he continued to be active in the oligarchical politics of Laurasia.
History
R. Pacitania was born in the Republic of Peru while "The Generals" ruled the nation. Their oppressive, fascist policies were not being undermined as of yet; but soon would be. Pacitania was born in Lima to Carlos Pacitania and Natali Ramirez. He was brought up in a poor, yet intellectually stimulating enviroment.
During the stages of early education, Pacitania showed great intellect and potentional. He learned at a young age how to play the piano which the school had in their make-shift gymnasium. He read many books ranging from war to theology and even won a debate competition by sixth grade.
Once passing into highschool, the adolescent Peruvian became more active in radical politics and was inspired by a new, anti-government position that was seeping into Peru: Marxism. Studying Marx and joining the Doctor's Club - as it was called - by his senior year; Pacitania was subject to many of the revolutionary groups growing within Peru.
He, however, continued with his education and went onto university. He excelled in politics and law and eventually recieved an honory doctorate (Ph.D.) and a doctorate in judicial science (S.J.D.). Upon his final graduation, he had his philosophy set firm. He was recruited into the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Peru and became a revolutionary guerilla in the jungles.
Eventually, the RAFP became strong and helped several other radical groups overthrow "The Generals" and sieze power over the Republic of Peru. The RAFP requested from the Soviet Union that Peru be annexed as the Peruvian Soviet Socialist Republic until it was more stable. Peru would stay the Peruvian SSR upto the present.
Pacitania moved to Moscow, R.S.F.S.R., U.S.S.R. and became active in politics, quickly gaining the position of General Secretary of the CPSU.
After the Soviet Reformation, Pacitania was removed as General Secretary of the CPSU when it and the Federative Central Government were dissolved into The Party. He has, however, kept active in oligarchical politics and is a personal friend of Father's.
Revolutionary demands and policy
As a personal friend of Troskin, Pacitania has unwavered access to foreign and domestic policy. Rumors say it was a joint idead to merge much of the Party and the Political Bureau. This merging has allowed for many of Pacitania's strict ideas to leak into Soviet policy.
Pacitania has shown a distrust of the West and a hatred for the rapid amount of capitalist exploitation that occurs there. A personal hatred of Pacitalia also fuels his policy making. It is said, that when asked his opinion of Pacitalia he responded by saying:
