World Cup 25 Winner

Roberto Vega was a striker, taken by Nikola Lazerevski to World Cup 25 as his sixth-choice forward. Purely there to gain experience for future tournaments, Roberto played three times in Qualifying, scoring his first senior goal against Lethislavania, the winner that secured a 4-3 win away from home. Needless to say, Starblaydia went on to win that cup, and Roberto was the youngest - at just nineteen - to be given a Winner's Medal.

Seven years later he hit the headlines on his own in Andossa Se Mitrin Vega in the Draggonnii Inviyatii tournament. He bagged four goals in six appearances, including a hat-trick against Wentland, as Starblaydia took 3rd place. Links between Starblaydia and ASMV were soon found, and Vega (which means 'Star' in Vegan) even met the Andossan President.

For World Cup 27 he was edged out of the Number-Nine shirt by Raphaelo, who's burgeoning club-and-country partnership with first-choice Dasha Tolkacheva, as seen during the Inviyatii, relegated him to third place in Starblaydia's striking affections.
