Rocktell scandal - Financial scandal of the Freedonia First Bank on 1898, created by the corruption of the governor of Verrici, James O. Rocktell. He convinced the director of the bank to finance his brother, Robert P. Rocktell, who created a society which was insert on the illegal arms traffic between the Turtlish army and the near Argatovian rebels.

Discovered by the Sultan police, the Rocktells were arrested and the bank was accused as accomplice of the two. After a long process, the bank was condamned to pay ҒÐ 2,000,000 and it was very nearly to the bankrupt. Only the drastic method of the direction saved this institution.
