Introduction

The Rolatian military has been a sort of militia up until March 2039, simply bringing order to the chaos outside the country with any weapons they could find. However, they have started expanding and recently have made the first purchase, giving them their first proper army. Their main official soldiers are now armed with BDU-64 Samson Battle Suits, Hali-21 Assault Rifles and Hol-24 Sidearm Pistols, meaning they have a total of 63000 'heavy' infantry, and they have equipped their remaining 116300 men with Hol-24 Sidearm Pistols and Hali-21 Assault Rifles. The military has expanded in all respects, and despite a crashed budget has ordered and recieved fighter jets to help repel an air or navy invasion. They have also now ordered rifles to better equip the troops, and have ordered transport aircraft to help combat over-seas problems. Their armory consists of:

  • 62250x BDU-64 Samson Battle Suits
  • 171500x Hali-21 Assault Rifles
  • 171500x Hol-24 Sidearm Pistols
  • 250x Panzerkampfwaggen XI BredtSverd Main Battle Tank
  • 995x Panzerkampfwaggen XII [Pzkmpf. XII] Wolverine Light Tank
  • 1855x SOV-06 Infantry Combat Vehicle
  • 400x KriGud Self Propelled Artillery Gun
  • 350x Praetorian Mobile Surface to Air Missile Battery

  • 150x Munich Mobile Anti-tank Vehicle
  • 10x Lu-45 Hawk Air Superiority Fighter
  • 6x Be-23 Archimede's Lever Heavy Transport Aircraft

Currently, the equipping protocols are:

  • Heavy Infantry: BDU-64 Samson Battle Suits, Hali-21 Assault Rifles and Hol-24 Sidearm Pistols
  • Medium Infantry: Hali-21 Assault Rifles and Hol-24 Sidearm Pistols
  • Light Infantry: Hali-21 Assault Rifles
  • Scout Infantry: Hol-24 Sidearm Pistols

Military Organisation

The Rolatian military uses a quite broad structure. It uses many platoons, all containing a large amount of forces and all grouped under a category. At the top rests high command. There is then the sub-sections for ground, navy and air forces, with them sometimes having a command platoon depending on the size. There is then the categorised platoons. The army and platoon leaders can call on any amount of squads from the platoon. These are usually of a designated size, with the remaning troops being sectioned into a single squad. The squads usually contain at least 2000 men in the infantry, and far more in sections like the MIP
