Royal Akaeian Light

Recruited from ethnic Akaeians and native Akaeians forced, by whatever reason, to leave their homeland, the Royal Akaeian Light was formed in 1691 during the Panselle War. Ethnic Akaeians had been pressing for a chance to serve their country, and with manpower in short supply, the High Command finally agreed. The Royal Akaeian Light was originally intended to be an infiltrator unit, spreading chaos behind enemy lines, but today it is simply a light infantry regiment. However, it is still populated almost entirely by ethnic Akaeians from along the Salis, and any officer transferred into the regiment must know the local dialect of Akaeian as well as Sicinian.
