The Office of Naval Intelligence or ONI is part of the Royal Stellar Navy and is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and disseminating information gathered by Stars Forces. It is the only other intelligence agency in the Forces since it was decided that because the Stellar Navy's job is so big, having its own intelligence agency that is forced on the space aspect of the military would be the best option, and has worked out very well. The head of ONI is referred to as "Ace"
Section Zero - Secrets Division - Very Extreme intra-ONI security
SZero is the most secretive section of ONI. Almost no one knows exactly what they do, let alone know it even exists. They are thought be the ONI internal affairs division and Investigating. Their main duties include: rooting out and eliminating illegal programs and problem personal, orchestrating cover-ups, hunt down and terminate members from white power, anti-coordinator, anti-naturals, anti-alien and other hate groups, monitor the time-line for any temporal incursions and repair them if necessary with the Timefleet, and conduct investigations in to any paranormal phenomena.
Section One - Intelligence Division - Very High intra-ONI security
S1 collects, analyzes and elaborates the informations and data that is used by the Royal Stellar Navy. Enemy ship movements and force deployment, evacuation notices for provinces, and much more are handled by Section 1. They also have a survey unit the works to chart space and find alien artifacts

Section Two - Information Division - Very High intra-ONI security
S2 is the propaganda branch of ONI. They handle communication to and from provinces to reduce the level of rumours and information that would cripple morale. They were responsible for going public with the SPARTAN-II program. Even after the release of this information to the public, the SPARTAN's were still viewed as mythological figures. Most marines and ODSTs didn't believe that they even existed until they saw them for themselves. To keep morale among the Provinces up, the SPARTAN's are only WIA, and never listed as MIA or KIA. This keeps the illusion that SPARTAN's can not and do not die.
Section Three - Office Projects Division - Extreme intra-ONI security
S3 is the top-secret projects division. They may job is to metabolize the new technologies acquired by the Intelligence activity, and invent and develop new ones. They are responsible for the SPARTAN-II project, the NOVA project, and many other Black OP programs. The secrets possessed by ONI are the key to Canada's and even Earth's continued survival, for an enemy cannot be beaten with military forces alone. Though a few of Section 3's programs are well known for their success, most of them are disdained by some, especially the SPARTAN's, who are by some regarded as "freaks".
Section Four - Ship Operations Division - Very High intra-ONI security
S4 is responsible for ship operations and support, also the enlistment of new ships as well as the operations of those currently in use, they also work with S5 to find the best people to crew them.
Section Five - Human Resources Division - High intra-ONI security
S5 manages all civilian and military personnel and training matters.
Section Six - Systems Management Division - High intra-ONI security
S6 provides for the acquisition of new laboratory, processing and communications, computer and all other systems as well as the operations of those currently in existence.
Section Seven - Resources Division - High intra-ONI security
S7where all activities and issues regarding programming for funds and execution of the budget take place.
Section Eight - Installation Management Division - High intra-ONI security
S8 provides for the acquisition of new Installations as well as the operation of those currently in existence.
Section Nine - Security Directorate - High intra-ONI security
S9 handles all physical and personnel security related responsibilities.
