Royal Guard

The fanatically loyal gaurdsmen of the Royal Guard are an elite gaurd unit tasked with protecting Emperor Brakiss. Unfailingly loyal, the Emperor has never been seen without a detachment of Royal Gaurds by his side. Like the Imperial Trooper Corps, the Royal Gaurds form an independent military unit within the Imperial Military and answer directly to the Emperor.
The exact number of Royal Gaurds serving the Emperor is unknown, however, speculations have ranged from less than 20 to thousands. The most notable Royal Gaurdsman, still serving the Emperor, is said to be Azaria Kajerin.
