Rugball League 1 is the top league in Bostopian Rugball.

It's full title is "The Rugball Association of Bostopia, Rugball League One - Sponsored by Happy Puppy Fertiliser"

01. Barrington Town RC 02. Bassingdale City RC 03. Caflin City RC 04. Drangmorie City RC 05. Fenton City RC 06. Fort Boston City RC 07. Glenrock City RC 08. Gretadale RC 09. Hilltop Town RC 10. Irringvale RC 11. Kisington City RC 12. Monham City RC 13. Norteaton RC 14. Oughton Beach RC 15. Pinton United RC 16. Port Flamerty City RC 17. Reamontry RC 18. Riikenberg RC 19. Rope Vine RC 20. Runack RC 21. Sarringvale RC 22. Squigg RC 23. Veterraining RC 24. Zaering Town RC

Teams occupying places 22, 23, and 24 are relegated to RL 2. There is no promotion from RL1. The top placed team at the end of the season is deemed the champion of the Bostopian Rugball Leagues.
