Introduction
Lewis the Third was one of the little kings that lived to rule a Constitutional Monarchy. His daily job was not easy, he was being a monarch. So he made up his little country, with a few citizens as he wouldn't want to choose overpopulating. The country, so called Rumanya was situated in the region called Hampshire. He moved in that region after he accepted an alliance with king Art and Madness. The flag of Rumanya consists of three colours: red, yellow and blue.
Region
The region where the country was located was pretty paradise-like. Trees and many plants were growing everywhere. Many flowers of rare beauty were standing in the specially watered grounds. Tall buildings are a fashion in Rumanya, all the rich people in there can afford one, and it's cheap to build.
Politics
Lewis is leading an capitalist political system as it was suitable for his highness. Although the prime-minister agreed on a more democratic system.
Economy
The economy is the same as in democracy: market economy. The prices do not have a stable price, the prices can be lower or higher depending on the product. Many companies from foreign states are allowed to build and manage their own businesses in Rumanya. Although the country's economy is pretty fair, citizens are happy with the products that are exported and imported from other countries.
Army
Lewis gave away a lot of money and invested in making a strong army. At this moment Rumanya's army disposes of high-tech tanks, very powerful guns and highly trained soldiers. Although the country is small and the population is not that big, the army is small but very efficient in possible wars that might be started.
Heraldics
Rumanya's coat of arms is made by king Lewis himself. A light brown background is being centered by an strong eagle bearing a sword in the left hand and a shield in the right hand. The parliament didn't agree with that at the beggining but as time past they finally voted for the coat of arms. Also the Eagle is the official animal representing Rumanya, it's been said for ages that it's an holy bird and a strong one that can bring luck, health and power to Rumanya.
