The Tkalgren Technocracy of Rupil is a breakaway state from the Greater Tkal Kingdom. It is devoted to technological development that will benefit the Tkalgren race as a whole. IT also feilds a powerful space navy, though it relies on its allies, especially the GTK, for ground forces. It has only a single inhabited world, called Rupil, over 150 million citizens live in deep space outposts, mining, reseach, construction and military.

Didn't this used to be something else?

Yes. I can explain. This used to be a species of near-omnipotent god-spirit thingies. But that was hard to roleplay as, so a few weeks ago I switched them over to being Tkalgren, which I'd created a long time ago, but never really RP'd as. That explains any inconsistancies in my post history.

The Tkalgren are a species based on the planet Tkal. You can't RP as them directly, since that would mean claiming many billions of people throughout a vast interstellar empire. Which would be called the Greater Tkal Kingdom. You can play as a breakaway kindom of a few planets, populated by Tkalgren people.

From here link to the entry for Tkalgren. The only real stipulations that I have is that you don't RP them as christians, and youu have them respect nature. Other than that, your particular breakaway republic from the GTK can act however it wants. Just remember that their tounges can't make human speach, so they need electronic translators. Tkalgren

Here are some links to help you try to get a feel for the Tkalgren (at least how I RP them):
