Rylje

Little is known about Rylje, but that they are a culture which sprung up a little after the Second Thorin War. Their territory is located to the west of Daiverter, and also occupies the radioactively unlivable waste on the Thorin peninsula. It is claimed that these peoples were the remains of Arbitenitant, and moved against Daiverter and Thingamajiggers. But before word of these armies reached them, the Arbitenitanian armies were repelled by some unknown, foreign force, and then were subjugated. Now, the Ryljens have established mountain cities on the peninsula and along the coast to the north, with absolutely no foreign consortion.

The Ryljens have recently conquered Daiverter, occupying it and subjugating the land. The Ryljens then announced to Thorin that they desire peace, and will fight if attacked.
