Sag P3 "Inferno" Pistol

This pistol is another caseless design from the SAG Weapons Corporation, chambered in 4.73mm. The clip, tucked into the pistol-grip, holds a double stack of twenty-four rounds. The entire assembly is match grade, with an accurized and extended barrel. The pistol comes with a fitted red-dot tactical scope.

The unique aspect of the this pistol is the rounds it fires. Each round is a 4.73mm bullet with a soft tip and loaded with ammonium perchlorate and sulfur compound. Upon striking the target, the round hurls out an incendiary cone, burning nearly a square meter of target surface. The effect is very similar to an incendiary grenade, but directed in a cone. This is particularly designed to counter body armor, as the round will penetrate into soft kevlar type armor before releasing its lethal load. Against powered armor, the round will detontate on the surface of the ceramics or metal, allowing the powder to slide between cracks and gears. In either situation, the target suffers massive third degree burns and target incapacitation is high.
