SBPCE, or 'Soviet Britian Public and co-operative enterpirses' is the federation of Public industries, Co-operatives, Collectives and Small bussiessmen that run the Soviet economy.

The orginisation is effectilvy a federation of economic intrests, who recieve targets and orders from the government. the vast majoirty of enterprises within Soviet Britian are in public hands, however for the various firms that are run outside the governments control- the targets are advisory and form a basic indicator of demand in the future. the Central planning authority based in Worker's westminster is part of the Government. Plans are set for 5 years, with each year and quater estimated inorder to give a guide of proformance for the firms to follow. Prices are effectilvy dictated by government- becuase of the overwhelming control and power of the public industries in the economy.
