Sabourin University, or Université Sabourin in French, is a bilingual comprehensive university, one of Kelssek's top universities, and the most prestigious university in western Kelssek. It also has a top-ranked medical program.

Founded in 1899, the campus is located in downtown Dieppe. Its location near the Coocoostan border means that it has a large number of international students from that country. There have been several controversies over the perceived preferential treatment given to French at the university.
