General Carver was born on October 12, 1958, in the outskirts of the capital [[Cravna]]. He applied for the Imperial Army Academy at the age of 18, and graduated in 1973 with the rank of Major. He attended the Advanced Tactics School during his years at the Academy, and it was shown that he was a skilled tactician.

Carver was given command to the 23rd Infantry Division's Company D when he graduated, and his first deployment occured on December 17, 1979, when his division was deployed to an area of the Golden Triangle where there was no official government, and civil war was rampant. During his time there, he recieved the Imperial Medal of Valor, one of the highest honors in the Imperial Military. He was promoted to colonel, and given command of the entire division.

During the ensuing peace-time, he rose through the ranks quickly, and eventually making it to Major General. He was given command of the Southeaster Theatre of Operations, and has been stationed there for the past few years. He is a keen tactician, and is not to be underestimated.
