San Adriano's presence at the Second Summer Olympics was overseen by the Sanadrianese Olympic Committee. The delegation's official sports' code is SNA.

San Adriano sent two athlete to the Games. Benjamin Eash was the tiny country's flag-bearer at the Opening Ceremony.

Eash had taken part in the first Summer Games. The Sovereign Village's other athlete, Femke van der Vaart only recently acquired Sanadrianese citizenship, by marriage, and lives most of the time in Uhuh-Topia.

San Adriano's only Olympic Champion, swimmer Sabrina Vannucci, declined to take part, stating that she was too busy to commit herself to such an important event and all the practice and training it would involve.
