Sanskrit is used in Mokshatiana in many prayers and traditional Hindu services, as well as formerly in the nation's motto. It is not only considered a language of Hinduism, rather, one of the nation's uniting languages, although, this has waned since the adoption of Mokshatiani as a national language. It is not spoken as a mother tongue by any Mokshatianis.
