Sasijilvenku Dikelesinivetisaru was born in the unofficial seleken capital Sijitalatirikimidateme kali. Since no one outside of "tani seleke" is able to pronounce his name without knotting his or her tongue, his name was abbreviated to "Sasi" already in his childhood. He never liked being nicknamed like this because the term has a negative meaning in seleken but accepted it when everyone started doing so. When his family moved to Ihiri kali, he became part of the youth team of Ihiri Veran, where he played as central defender. His first matches for Rejistania were in the 5th Under-21 World Cup. Apparently, he played impressive enough to get the interest of Alan City from The Belmore Family. This decision was a big risk, because he spoke nearly no English at that time. From World Cup 17 to 21, he played for the 'real' Rejistanian national team, the Orange-Blues. He played in the final of World Cup 17 and World Cup 18.
