Sate Baskar had been a long time friend and personal aid of Brakiss and one of the few people that knew him on a personal level. After Brakiss became Emperor, Baskar was appointed as Grand Vizier. As Grand Vizier, Baskar has been given many tasks rangeing from manageing the Emperor's schedule to tasteing the Emperor's food for poison. More recently, the Emperor has turned over much control of the government to Baskar so that he may indulge more into his personal studies.
