Sean Phillips is the founder of Philanchez along with Andrew Sanchez. He was born to a Handyman and Secretary of the middle class. His dad had always exposed him to different types of music and tried to expose him to different styles and ideas. One of these bands would stick forever, Pink Floyd.
When Sean moved away at the age of fifteen after many years in his hometown and makeing many friends he decided to keep in touch with them and one of these friends was Andrew Sanchez. A man who would help him change the world. They talked about politics and how their government treated their people terribly and how people hada right to healthcare and eduacation. They established their ideals and related their thoughts to Pink Floyd, Nietzsche, and Marx. they idolized a Socialist government where all are represented and have their inborn rights.
Slowly Sean became more and more revolutionary, thinking that the government could not be changed and that the two party dictatorship would not benefit the people. Him and Andrew decided to devote themselves to freedom and the Socialist Revolution. They created an underground group called the Philanchez Socialist Liberation Militia and trained with military weapons and hunting rifles. Over the course of six years they became more and more popular and gained more members. On January first, 2005 they began their revolution with a solid memberbase of 200,000 people. By March their numbers had grown to 400,000 and they had captured the second and third largest cities in their districts. By May the government decided to sign a peace treaty with the rbels and on May 21, 2005 the Peoples Republic of Philanchez was founded. Sean and Andrew were now full grown men of 29 and were at the helm of a new nation. They took the title of Premier and began to mmake drastic changes in their government by enacting massive welfare programs, rehabilitation programs, and slowly killing off prisons.
Later on in his life Sean was part of the founding of the Holy Church of Floyd with Acco Spoot from Spooty, ThrashedParanoid of Tetris L-Shaped Block, and Kevin Niemann of Palixia. He established excellent relations between Tetris L-Shaped Block and eventually forged an alliance in his later years which has been upheld to this day.
Sean lived to be 97 and was succeeded by his long time pupil Mikhail al'Pinist as Premier of Philanchez. Sean had three children with his wife, Rachel. They were, Sean Joseph Phillips, Jr., Jorge Andrew Phillips, and his only daughter Brittney Tara Phillips.
