The Segovan was the ruling parliament of the nation of Snefaldia from 1701 to 1835, when it was disbanded and the Tuhran Bel took over the country. The Segovan was established to assert secular control over regional relations, and developed into the first truly national government of Snefaldia.

The Segovan was composed of elected landholding males over the age of 25, a total of 400. The body would meet periodically throughout the year in Serasarda to pass legislation and debate on the issues of national government. Elections were overseen by the regional governments- for each seat, several members were chosen and put forth for vote; citizens would then vote on their favorite member. These elections were usually formalities and voter turnout was usually low.

The Segovan passed the corpus of laws that was Snefaldia's first national constitution, and for 134 years served as the national government. Beginning in 1830 the parliament became increasingly ineffective and subject to populist and religious attacks. In 1835 the regional governments refused to appoint any more members, and the Segovan was disbanded.
