Very little information is available in the public domain at this time regarding High King the High Lord Semir-randil I, due to a governmental D-notice in effect in the ICEL (Iluvauromeni Commonality of Everlasting Light). However, much information is associated with His Royal Highness in Iluvauromen myths and legends.

However, what is known for certain is basic: he has long been associated with the military, garnering a plethora of medals for bravery and tactical ability as well as having fought in numerous campaigns; he is the High King of Ma-Nenya, and Eternal Heir to the Throne of Kingdom of Tumnore. He is married to Empress the Supreme Commander Rialla ux-Rihad II of ICEL, and is a prominent member of the Commonality Executive Council (and, as he is defined in joint-stature with his wife as 'the Crown' by the Iluvauromeni Constitution, he is an automatic appointment to the Council).
