Shanty Town is the most technically advanced cities in the Skankin Penguins. Robots are responsible for doing most of the work.

Culture

Citizens of Shanty Town are very technologically inclined. Natives of the city can be seen on their cell phones with 60 gig Mp3 players, while carrying a laptop and playing virtual dance dance revolution. But even with the technology, many penguins keep to their roots in listening to great SKa. Daily lives are also easier here due to the amount of Robots doing work for the penguins.

Sports

Few people from play sports, but many watch virtual shrimp races on the plasma screen TV's around the city. Gambling is also very big, mostly done on teh internet

Geography

The City is in Skaos at the mouth of the Gandhi and Torero rivers. The city is mainly housing as the majority of the buisnesses are underground, since citizens seem to thing its the "new thing" to have go under the earth, instead of take up land.

Shanty Town has the biggest technological sector of the country. Shanty Town creates the majority of all electronical goods and pacaged and preserved foods. They also have a big textiles industry
