Overview

Quite simply, if you asked 100 NS nations to name a Starblaydi, those that could would be more than likely to name Simeone Di Bradini. Not only a personal avatar for the user behind Starblaydia, 'SDB' is quite simply the greatest Starblaydi sportsman of all time.

Playing Career

Starblaydia

Having scored Starblaydia's first ever goal - in a Four-Two defeat to Europa Brittania in the 3rd Under-21 World Cup, SDB never looked back, eventually scoring his Forty-Seventh and last Goal for Starblaydia in World Cup 20 in a Five-One victory over The Belmore Family in his home nation of Starblaydia. He notched up 44 International Goals in 84 Appearances for the Senior side, and 3 Goals in 4 Appearances for the Under-21 Side.

Iskara Daii

At the Daii he won every award going. Golden Boots, Young Player, Player and Striker of the Year by the bucketload. never mind all the Championships and Tiberius Cups. Together with his younger brother, Roberto Di Bradini, he helped take Iskara Daii from amateur side to the best team in Starblaydia, before the brothers Di Bradini netted the club 60 Million credits in transfer fees to Belmoron and Dance 2 Revolutionary clubs.

Alan City

After winning more League, Cup, Player-of-the-Year and Golden Boot Awards at the Starblaydi team Iskara Daii, SDB switched to home of the godmods, Alan City of The Belmore Family for £40,000,000. There he won all sorts of things, all while being given the honour of wearing the #9 shirt of the legendary Alan Belmore. In his first season he was Belmoron Premier League Top Scorer, as part of a side that included Rikki Stone. But, then again, the club was bankrolled by Alan Belmore (the old President one) himself, so it was only right that they paid out taxpayers funds to purchase the most expensive players from around the globe.

Managerial Career

Kiiarana

When his Contract at Alan City expired after World Cup 19, SDB moved to become Player-Coach at Kiiarana City of Vilita, leading them to the Stellar Division. After his swansong in World Cup 20, where he also presented the World Cup Trophy to Vilitan Captain Santo Kecker, SDB took a back seat at Kiiarana to concentrate on his managerial career, while still strapping on the boots, even at 40, so show the Declasse Division how it was done. This decision paid off when his team were promoted to the Stellar Division in Seasons 15 and 17. He was even Kiiarana's top scorer with 9 goals in Season 17.

Starblaydia Under-21s

His management of the Starblaydia Under-21 side proved hugely fruitful as he led them to two successive Finals in his first two attempts, earning a Championship and Runners-Up medal for the nation, catapulting Starblaydia to 'best team in the world' status at Under-21 Level.

The Legend

Having been selected for five different World Cups, Simeone Di Bradini was a fixture of World Cup Finals for twenty years, scoring five times in the world's premier Sporting Tournament. He also went to an Under-21 World Cup, two Cups of Harmony and five other Tournaments, including a Nine-Goal haul in AOCAF5, where Starblaydia were the defending Champions.

Not a bad little career for a kid from Iskara.

As he now no-longer competes in the World Cup, Simeone Di Bradini has left the strict 4-year cycle timestream of the World Cup and into the more fluid timescales of Nationstates. As such, if he ever appears in RPs outside of the World Cup, he will remain in a permanent nearly-forty state of being. He is both a Sporting- and Non-sporting-roleplayed Character.
