Sipke Hjaargdals

Sipke Hjaargdals (1901-1976) was leader of the anchor party and president of Nimzonia from 1941 until his death. Although he was elected, his party quickly abolished democracy and set up a dictatorship. Hjaargdals died of a stroke on January 12, 1976 and was succeeded by his protege, Paulus Jaarinen
