Sir Clodius Maxilimus, Lord of Navarrok is the distinguished leader of the autonomous vampire nation within the Freethinker Commonwealth, a position he has occupied since the end of the Second Moonstone War. He is also the Patriarch of the Maxilimus Clann and a former Black Titan.
