Sir Clodius Meridius Lucifer Maxilimus, Lord of Navarrok is the famous and distinguished political and military head of the autonomous vampire nation within the Freethinker Commonwealth, a position he has occupied since the end of the Second Moonstone War. He is also the Patriarch of the Maxilimus Clann and a former Black Titan. He is best known internationally as one of the central figures of the Second Moonstone War.
